Troubleshooting

Make sure the card is well-lit without glare, the entire card is visible in the camera frame, and the camera is focused. Try adjusting the angle to reduce reflections on holographic cards. If the issue persists, try scanning in a different location with better lighting.

Collection sync requires an active internet connection and being signed into the same account on both devices. Pull down to refresh on the collection screen to force a sync. If data is still missing, sign out and sign back in to trigger a full resync.

Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Clearing the app cache in your device settings can also help. If the problem continues, restart your device and try again.

Verify you are using the correct email or social login method you originally signed up with. If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the login screen. If you signed up with Apple or Google, make sure you are using the same provider to log in.

Double-check that the scanner identified the correct card variant. Different printings of the same card, such as first edition versus unlimited, regular versus reverse holo, or different set versions, can have very different prices. Tap on the card result to verify the exact variant.
