Use of the Service

Pokex provides AI-powered Pokemon card identification, real-time market pricing, and collection management tools. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation.

Pricing Information

Card pricing data is provided for informational purposes only. Pokex does not guarantee the accuracy of market prices and is not responsible for buying or selling decisions made based on the information provided.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through the App Store or Google Play.

Intellectual Property

Pokemon is a trademark of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Pokex is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or any of their subsidiaries.

Limitation of Liability

Pokex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
