Dark Ampharos Cards
Dark Ampharos has 2 prints on file across 2 sets (early hits show up in Neo Destiny). Same Pokemon, different cardboard — holo vs reverse vs full art vs modern SAR are not one market. Browse the arts here, then open the exact card when you care about price.

Best for
- people who got burned pricing the wrong Dark Ampharos print from a phone screenshot
- set builders who need a specific Dark Ampharos number, not “any art”
- collectors comparing how many times this Pokemon was reprinted before buying sealed
Skip this path if
- you think every holo of this Pokemon is the same SKU
- you will not check set + number before paying a “grail” premium
Common mistakes
"Dark Ampharos" is a species name, not a product. With 2 sets on this page alone, mixing prints is how people overpay. Social thumbnails skip set symbols; sellers count on that.
What to check first
Pick the expansion you actually have (Neo Destiny, Team Rocket Returns), open that card’s page for comps, and only then talk grade or trade. Species pages are maps — card pages are the deal.
