Frequently Asked Questions
Q1 How do I add cards to my collection?
The fastest way is to scan cards with the camera. Each scanned card can be added to your collection with one tap. You can also search for cards manually and add them from the search results.
Q2 Can I organize my collection into folders or lists?
Yes, Pokex lets you create custom lists to organize your collection however you prefer. Common approaches include organizing by set, by value tier, by era, or by trade and sale status. Cards can belong to multiple lists.
Q3 How do I track my collection value over time?
Your collection dashboard shows the total current value of all your saved cards. Portfolio tracking charts display how your collection value has changed over days, weeks, and months based on market price movements.
Q4 Can I export my collection data?
Pro subscribers can export their collection as a CSV file containing card details, quantities, conditions, and current prices. This export is useful for insurance documentation, tax purposes, or importing into spreadsheet tools.
Q5 What happens if I accidentally add the wrong card?
You can remove any card from your collection at any time. Swipe left on the card in your collection view or tap into the card detail and select remove. Your collection history is preserved, so removing a card does not affect past value snapshots.
Q6 Can I set the condition for each card in my collection?
Yes, when adding a card to your collection you can specify its condition from Near Mint to Damaged. The condition tag helps you track what your cards are realistically worth and is useful when preparing cards for sale or trade.
